STOMACH VACUUM EXERCISE. A SIMPLE AND FASTER WAY TO GET A FLATTER ABDOMEN

This exercise targets the innermost muscles of the abdominal wall.  To do this exercise,

  1. Stand with your hands on your hips.

 

  1. Exhale all the air from your lungs.

 

  1. Expand your chest and pull in your abdomen, like you are trying to let you navel touch your back bone.

 

  1. Hold for about 10 seconds and gradually release.

 

  1. Repeat this about 10 times.

 

  1. As your abdominal muscles get stronger you can hold for longer durations, taking shallow breaths if necessary and increase the number of reps.

 

  1. With more experience, this workout can be done in any position and anywhere.

 

  1. Combining this exercise with sit ups, crunches and “burning” of abdominal fat leads to the lovely flat abdomen with a “six pack” may dream of having
