STOMACH VACUUM EXERCISE. A SIMPLE AND FASTER WAY TO GET A FLATTER ABDOMEN
This exercise targets the innermost muscles of the abdominal wall. To do this exercise,
- Stand with your hands on your hips.
- Exhale all the air from your lungs.
- Expand your chest and pull in your abdomen, like you are trying to let you navel touch your back bone.
- Hold for about 10 seconds and gradually release.
- Repeat this about 10 times.
- As your abdominal muscles get stronger you can hold for longer durations, taking shallow breaths if necessary and increase the number of reps.
- With more experience, this workout can be done in any position and anywhere.
